What is ClickNUpload?

ClickNUpload is a secure, high-performance file hosting provider. We offer unlimited online storage, remote backup solutions, and advanced upload/download tools. You can host files, images, videos, audio, and other digital content all in one place.


Why should I use ClickNUpload?

ClickNUpload is the perfect solution whenever you need to:

  • Store your data safely off-site for backup purposes.

With ClickNUpload, you can store, protect, and access your data anytime, anywhere, while keeping it safe from device failures or data loss.


Can I search for files uploaded by others?

No. For privacy reasons, ClickNUpload does not allow public file searches. Users can share links only with the people they choose, keeping all other uploads private or for personal backup.


What types of files can I upload?

You can upload almost any type of file — documents, images, videos, music, and more.
However, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Pornographic, nude, or sexually explicit material

  • Offensive or illegal content

  • Copyrighted material without permission

How can I delete a file I uploaded?

Use the Delete Link provided after each upload.
If you lose this link, your file will automatically be removed once it expires due to inactivity.
Registered members can also manage and delete files anytime through My Files.


Can I hotlink my uploaded files?

No. Hotlinking (directly linking hosted files from external websites) is not allowed for any content stored on our servers.


What is the Security Lock feature?

The Security Lock option in your account settings prevents any unauthorized changes to your profile.
Once enabled, profile changes require verification via an email confirmation link sent to your registered address. You can disable it anytime from your account.


How much storage is available for free accounts?

Free accounts include unlimited storage for active files. However, they cannot be used to store or back up large numbers of permanently inactive files.


How much bandwidth is available for uploads and downloads?

All users receive unlimited bandwidth for uploading and downloading files.


What is the maximum file size allowed?

  • Guest users: up to 2GB per file

  • Registered users: up to 3GB per file

  • Special conditions (Premium): up to 15GB per file


How many files can I upload?

  • Guests: up to 10 files at once

  • Registered members: up to 20 files at once

  • Premium/Special: up to 30 files at once
    There is no overall limit on the total number of files you can upload.


Are there any speed limits?

Currently, there are no speed restrictions on uploads or downloads.


How long are files hosted?

Files remain hosted as long as they are active.
Inactive files are removed automatically:

  • Members: after 20–30 days of inactivity

  • Guests: after 7 days of inactivity


Do you have a Privacy Policy?

Yes. ClickNUpload strictly respects user privacy and does not share any personal data with third parties.
